Insomnia – a chronic pattern of wakefulness at night – is in fact indicative of your chronic avoidance of an issue that is causing you to wake.
When you are wakeful at night, the doorway to your soul and your psyche is wide open.
It is an invitation to explore.
When your subconscious mind wakes you at night, do not fret.
Do not ‘try’ to go back go to sleep.
Instead, welcome the restlessness and inquire into what you have been not been seeing.
“I am so grateful to have woken! What is this about? What is it that I want me to know?”
