Every action we take invokes and emboldens the meaning we make not only about that action, but also its opposite.
For example, the more I choose to have everybody be worthy of my attention, time and love, the more I spontaneously experience myself as worthy of those things by others.
To free yourself from a fear, take action in the opposite direction.
As another example, I’ve found that giving beggars a $20 bill when they ask me for money has helped to make it easier to ask for my six-figure coaching fee.
Give to people what you fear you won’t receive from them.
This is how opposite action can set you free.
